I wanted to get back to organic, whole food plant-based eating, which during the pandemic, I had deviated away from. I wasn’t eating healthfully and found one day that pretty much my entire wardrobe didn’t fit. I was going for processed foods, stress eating, boredom eating and had pizza on speed dial. I wanted to show my body more respect. After a few months of going down that poor-habits road, I engaged with Brigitte to help me get on track. My name is Brigitte. I am a mom, a habit and food educator, and a coach for 5+ years. Previously, I was a research manager in academia for 15 years.

My passion for healthy lifestyles was lit when my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. We know that wholesome foods, regular exercise, better stress management, stronger community, and a positive mindset together can push back on the risk factors for all chronic diseases. Adopting better everyday habits increases our odds of living a long, healthy, happy life. I am committed to putting that knowledge into practice in my own life, and to support you in finding how to make it work in yours. YOU have the power to do it.
